Fox Custom Builders has selected Arlynn McDaniel to design their new Marbella II, 2,867 square foot under air model home in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. The interior is “Transitional meets Low Country” and is due to be completed the fall of 2018.
McGarvey Development has chosen Arlynn McDaniel to design their latest estate model home in Quail West. The Fontaine Model will have 5650 square feet under roof and is being designed in a transitional style. The home is due to be completed in the fall of 2018.
Foresite Homes has selected Freestyle Interiors to design and furnish their two new spec homes located on Gulfshore Boulevard and 8th Avenue South in Naples. Paula Myette and Christy Lederer are heading up the designs which are due to open in February and April 2018.
Windover Development is developing 5 spec homes to be built on waterfront properties located in Bonita Springs. Alex Thies and Michelle Stahl are the lead designers working along side Potter Homes. The first home located in Southport within Barefoot Beach will be opening in February 2018.
Seagate Development has announced their second model home to be built in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. The Sabbia Model is a new three story floor plan to be built in the Sardenia neighborhood. The 4,782 square foot under air home is one of Seagate’s Beach Collection and will be designed by Ruta Menaghlazi and Lucie Simmons, opening in the fall of 2018.
Seagate Development has selected Freestyle’s design team of Ruta Menaghlazi and Julie Roy to design their new Captiva Model to be built at Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98 acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande. The Captive floor plan has 4,865 square feet under roof and will be a Coastal Contemporary interior.
